 SHIPPING DELAYS 

Orders placed on or around Spain's national holidays are subject to delays and will be processed the following business day. 

Also during holiday sales campaigns due to the higher volume of orders, some delays on your order might occur.

TRACKING MY ORDER

All orders are tracked by DHL Parcel or Correos Express. If no one is home, your order will be returned to the carrier's local office and pickup instructions will be left via email or phone.
To get an update on your delivery, please check the website of the carrier that has been assigned to your order and enter the tracking number of your order provided in the shipping confirmation email.

Our courier network requires us to include a name/return address, which we will keep to a minimum.

ORDER AMENDMENT

It is not possible to modify or cancel an order once it has been placed. Your purchases may be returned for a refund in accordance with the return policy.
L'Atlantique reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion.

TAX AND CUSTOMS
  • Customs duties: will depend on the product, price and country of shipment (applicable to all countries without free circulation of goods).
  • VAT (National Taxes): Always included in the final price in Europe (Except U.K. & Switzerland)
International orders will be shipped DDU (Deliver Duty Unpaid) so they may incur customs duties at the time of delivery. This charge is usually determined by the local customs authority and must be covered by the customer. These payments must be made in order for them to release the package from customs, please consult your local authorities for more information.
Estimated shipping times do not include customs clearance and L´Atlantique is not responsible for any additional duties or taxes. In case of refusal, the recipient will still be responsible for shipping costs, taxes and customs and additional duties.
