3. REFUNDS
In case of refund, it will be issued after the item(s) are returned to our warehouse and after the quality check of the item(s). Once our quality checks are complete & satisfactory we’ll refund your credit/debit card.
Kindly note that:
• it can take 3-8 working days for the refund to show on your account (depending on your card issuer).
• L´ATLANTIQUE is not responsible for the refund of the shipping cost.
• Customs duties and taxes on all international orders are non-refundable through L´ATLANTIQUE. However, your local customs bureau may be able to assist you with a duty refund.
• you will receive an email from us as soon as your parcel arrives back at our warehouse, and when we have processed your refund.
If the customer made the purchase with a credit card, they can choose to have the refund made on the same credit card or a refund on a gift card (shop credit) that can be redeemed at any time on the website.
If the purchase was made with a gift card, the refund will be made to the same gift card.
PAYPAL REFUNDS
Customers can also be refunded via Paypal. In this case the customer must inform the following Paypal account/mail by email to L´Atlantique team at ecommerce@latlantique.store together with the information of the item(s) of the return.
Products that are returned incomplete, damaged, worn, or soiled, will not be taken back.
WE DO NOT REFUND SHIPPING COSTS (OR CUSTOMS CHARGES) IN ANY CASE.
